NOTICE OF ELECTRONIC MEETING
In view of the current COVID-19 pandemic:
1. This meeting will occur only electronically, without a physical location, as authorized by the Governor's Executive Order dated March 18, 2020 (the 'Governor's Order') and related legislation enacted by the Utah Legislature since that date (HB50020.

1) Introduce meeting attendees and review agenda

Please take notice that a quorum the Board of Commissioners (the 'Board') of the Central Wasatch Commission (the 'CWC') may attend the meeting of the Stakeholders Council Trails Committee scheduled for Thursday April 8, 2021 beginning at 2 p.m. electronically. DETERMINATION OF THE CHAIR OF THE Trails Committee TO THE Stakeholders Council of the CENTRAL WASATCH COMMISSION CONCERNING ELECTRONIC MEETING ANCHOR LOCATION PURSUANT TO UTAH CODE ANN. 52-4 207(4).
As Chair of the Trails Committee of the 'Mountain Accord Stakeholders Council of the Central Wasatch Commission, I hereby determine that conducting council meetings at any time during the next 30 days at an anchor location presents substantial risk to the health and safety of those who may be present at the anchor location. The World Health Organization, the President of the United States, The Governor of the State of Utah, and the Salt Lake County Mayor and Salt Lake County Health Department, have all recognized that a global a pandemic exists related to the new strain of the coronavirus, SARS-CoV-2.
Due to the state of emergency caused by this global pandemic, we find that conducting a meeting at an anchor location under the current state of public health emergency constitutes a substantial risk to the health and safety of those who may be present at the location. According to the information from state epidemiology experts, Utah is currently in an acceleration phase, which has the potential to overwhelm the state's healthcare system.

Final action may be taken in relation to any topic listed on the agenda, including but not limited to adoption, rejection, amendment, addition of conditions and variations of options discussed.
