NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled Council Meeting on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, Gunnison, UT 84634. This meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. 1) 7:00 p.m. Invocation 2) Discussion and Possible Approval of Conditional Use Permit for building permit and annexation - Hannah Neal 3) Discussion of Food T ruck area near City Park - Ryker Pickett and Max Christiansen 4) Outside City Limits Water Connection Request - Robert Childs 5) Update on Construction of Valley West Apartments - Martha Larsen 6) Discussion about Economic Development of Fairgrounds Arena - Scott Hansen 7) Discussion and Possible Approval to Purchase Christmas lights to extend from 300 South to city limits with Centerfield City (700 South) - Councilmember Hill 8) Discussion and Possible Approval of bid to trim/remove trees that are diseased or dead on the east side of the park - Donald Childs 9) Discuss replacement plan for trees at park - Master Plan for trees, long and short term solutions, tree selections and placement. 10) Review and accept Council Member Justen Mellor's resignation on March 31, 2021 and thank him for his service. Discuss filling the council member vacancy and the process for applications, eligibility, and timeline for selection - Mayor Lori Nay 11) Discussion regarding 4th of July Celebration and proposed approval of entertainment for the evening concert performance - Mayor Lori Nay 12) Discussion and Proposed Approval regarding selection of a City Manager i.e. Notice of employment opportunity, advertising locations, selection committee, community involvement and possible timeline - Mayor Lori Nay 13) Proposed Approval of Bills and Adjustments 14) City Business and Future Items 15) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order.
