RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 22, 2021 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Bruno Gerber is requesting approval for a conditional use home occupation for 'Gerber Farms' located at 12952 South Croix Circle. - Robert Richards is requesting approval of a conditional use permit for installing a fence next to an existing fence on his property at 2310 West 13145 South. - Casey Call is requesting approval of a Commercial Site Plan & Subdivision for 'Premier Medical' to be located at 12907 South 3600 West. - Whitney Erin Burtenshaw is requesting approval of a conditional use home occupation for 'Sol Journey Mindful Massage & Self-care' located at 12061 South 2740 West. - Ivory Development LLC is requesting a Rezone for approximately 8.9 acres of land located at 11850 South 3600 West. The current Zoning is Commercial Neighborhood (C-N), the requested zoning is Residential Multi-Family (RM-6) with an Elderly Housing Overlay. - Ryan McDougal is requesting rezone for approximately 3.09 acres of land located at 13040 South Redwood Road. The current zoning is RR-22 (21,780-sf lots), the requested zoning is R-3-SD (14,000-sf lots with a Special Designation). This meeting is open to the public, however due to restrictions related to COVID-19, public attendance in this meeting may be limited in number. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208-3138. All comments submitted before 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
