Said hearing shall begin at 6:10 p.m. in the following order:
1. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for possible approval the concept plan for the Laree Brown Subdivision consisting of 3 lots located at approximately 290 East 300 South. Tax Id.#10-016-0010
2. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for possible approval of the concept plan for the Wild Plum Estates Subdivision consisting of 4 lots total, located at 91 West 300 North. Tax Id. #11-079-0015.
3. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for approval of the concept plan for the Pallets of Utah consisting of 4 lots total, located at approximately 4300 South 3000 West. Tax Id. #11-091-0010
4. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for possible approval of the concept plan for the Ballif Subdivision consisting of 2 lots total, located at approximately west half of section 17 & 20, township 10 North. Tax Id #10-050-0006
5. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for possible approval a code amendment, in chapter 10.18.10 titled City Development Standards Established, and repeal open space requirements for commercial and industrial development.
