- The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct a public hearing: a. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for possible approval of the concept plan for the Von Mitton Subdivision consisting of 2 lots, located at approximately 287 South 100 East. (Tax Id. #10-028-0001). 9. Daniel Coleman discuss sidewalk located at 380 South 100 East (Tax Id. #10-028-0039). 10. Discuss for approval Code Amendment 2021-01 amend the general plan and change the zoning, from RA-5 to ROS 1 residential at property located at 1100 South 200 East (Tax Id. #10-043-0007). 11. Discuss for approval Resolution 2021-05 a interlocal agreement between Cache County and Wellsville City for the administration of 2021 municipal elections. 12. Continue discussing updating or modifying the cemetery rules & regulations. 13. Department reports 14. City Manager/Recorders report
