- Tuesday, April 6, 2021 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the Spanish Fork City Council Chambers, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 3:00 p.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Annexation A. LEIFSON ANNEXATION. The proposal requests that approximately 0.22 acres, located at 968 East Scenic Drive, be annexed into the City. B. MORRELL ANNEXATION. The proposal requests that approximately 21.33 acres, located at Woodland Hills Drive and Main Street, be annexed into the City. 2. Title 15 Amendments A. TITLE 15 AMENDMENTS 3. Other Business A.
