NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is being given that the Washington City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at 6:00 p.m., or shortly thereafter, for the purpose of consideration of a Boundary Line Adjustment for owner Property Reserve, Inc. to adjust the common municipal boundary line between the City of St. George and Washington City. The purpose for the proposed adjustment is to create a 16.5 foot wide utility easement along a proposed roadway near the intersection of Harvest Lane and Merrill Road, with such property to be adjusted containing approximately 0.64 acres. It is proposed that the adjusted property would be moved from Washington City and the same property would be added to the City of St. George. A detailed legal description is available in the City Recorder's Office located in the Washington City Offices.
