Description/Agenda

The public is invited to participate in a public hearing before the Midvale City Council, Apr 20, 2021 at 7:00 pm. The Council will consider a request from Jacob Weber for approval of a Preliminary Subdivision Plat for a 6-lot residential subdivision at 7045 South 300 East. This meeting will be conducted as a hybrid in-person and electronic meeting. All interested parties are invited to attend the meeting or view the meeting at the following link: https://www.MidvaleCity.org/PublicMeetings. Seating will be limited to half capacity. Meeting attendees are required to practice social distancing and wear masks at all times. Comments will be accepted in person or in writing. All comments will be presented to and considered by the Council and made part of the public record.

Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation

Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Council Member will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
