- 1. Roll Call 2. Variance requested by Steve Scoville. He is asking for a variance on setbacks in order to renovate and build an addition to the existing residence. This property is located at 1292 S. Bear Lake Boulevard in Garden City, Utah. 3. Variance requested by Janece Dorrity. She is asking for a variance to build a second story above the garage. This property is located at 184 S. Bear Lake Boulevard in Garden City. 4. Approval of Minutes: Approval of minutes for this meeting held on April 5, 2021 will be prepared and mailed or e-mailed to each member of the Board of Adjustments. The Board Members will have ten days to review the minutes and submit any changes to the clerk. If after ten days there are no changes, the process will be followed until all of the changes are made and the Board Members are in agreement. 5. Miscellaneous: 6. Adjournment
