- SALINA CITY PUBLIC NOTICE Public notice is hereby given that the Salina City Council will hold a public hearing April 14, 2021, at 6:55 p.m. in the Salina City Council Chambers located at 90 West Main for the purpose of accepting comments on proposed Ordinance 151-2021 an Ordinance adding Chapter 17.118 RV Park Zone (RV-1) to Title 17 Zoning of Salina City Municipal Codes.
