The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the following Ordinances/Resolutions:
Ordinance 21-06: Mixed Residential Housing Ordinance
Ordinance 21-07: Rezoning of a Portion of Parcel 03-067-0004, located at 4350 S Main St from R-2-Residential to C-Commercial
Resolution 21-06: Designating Significant Surplus Property and Authorizing the Sale of City-Owned Parcels Located at Nibley Park Ave and 800 West; Parcel Tax ID: 03-170-0001 & 03-173-0052
Resolution 21-10: Future Land Use Map Amendments
When: April 15, 2021 at 6:30 p.m.
Where: Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S Nibley Utah
A full report will be posted on the City's website by April 9, 2021 as part of the City Council's agenda and packet report. Any updates to the plan will be posted on the City's website.
