Board of Adjustment Meeting 4/7/2021 @ 6:00 p.m. VARIANCE B-1-2021 RICHARD HUNT, representing Hunt Electric is requesting two variances from the West Valley City Code. The first variance is regarding property at 1935 West Alexander Street. For this variance, the applicant is seeking relief from Section 7-9-112(1) which states that the required landscaping for parking lots with 5 or more vehicles be 20 feet in depth from property line. Mr. Hunt is requesting a reduction from 20 feet to 10 feet. The second variance is regarding property at 1940 West Alexander Street. For this variance, the applicant is seeking relief from Section 7-7-119(3) which requires that all outside storage areas be screened from public view.
