- Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing via Lifesize electronic meeting on April 13, 2021 at 6:30 PM. The Planning Commission will receive public comments concerning a code amendment to Chapter 17.25 Residential Zones by removing single-family dwellings as a permitted use in the MF1 zone and setting an average lot size for the RD2. Those interested in providing public comment may do so through a voicemail to 801.789.6611 or email to recorder@emcity.org. Comments received will be added to the public record at the hearing. The meeting will be livestreamed through the following link: https://eaglemountaincity.com/city-recorder/city-meetings-portal/#meetingdocs The materials for the proposed items may be reviewed on the City website within 3 days of the meeting.
