- Notice of Public Hearings Notice is hereby given that the City of Saratoga Springs Community Development and Renewal Agency will conduct public hearings to receive comments on: 1) Tentative Budget for FY 2020-2021. 2) Tentative Budget for FY 2021-2022. This meeting will be held electronically on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 approximately 6:00 p.m. immediately following the City Council meeting. This meeting may be viewed live on the City's YouTube Channel. https://www.youtube.com/c/CityofSaratogaSprings Public hearing comments may be submitted to comments@saratogaspringscity.com, they can be read for you at the meeting or if you wish to speak during the public hearing you must contact the City at the above email by noon the day of the meeting.
