DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the Ponderosa at the Spanish Fork Fairgrounds, 475 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.
1. General Plan Amendment
A. I-15 WEST GENERAL PLAN. The proposal involves changing the General Plan from Agricultural and Industrial to Low Density Residential for land west of I-15 and north of Utah County 8000 South.
B. 2700 NORTH INTERCHANGE GENERAL PLAN. The proposal involves changing the General Plan from Business Park and Industrial to Commercial and Mixed Use for properties in the vicinity of 2700 North I-15.
2. Zone Change
A. 2700 NORTH INTERCHANGE ZONING. The proposal involves changing the current Zone from I-1 to C-2 and B-P for properties in the vicinity of 2700 North I-15.
B. JOHNSON 400 EAST. The proposal involves changing the current Zone from R-1-6 to C-2 for property located at approximately 391 East 900 North.
C. MTECH. The proposal involves changing the current Zone from B-P to P-F for property located at 693 West 1210 South.
D. FRITZI. The proposal involves changing the current Zone from I-1 to R-R for property located at approximately 225 West Arrowhead Trail.
3. Site Plan
A. 1400 EAST STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS. The proposal involves storm drain improvements located near 1400 East 500 South.
B. POWERHOUSE ROAD SIGNAL. The proposal involves a signal to be located at US-6 Powerhouse Road.
4. Concept Review
A. OLD DOMINION FREIGHT LINE TRUCKING TERMINAL. The concept includes a trucking terminal to be located at approximately 3800 North 600 West.
