PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 8th, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: The session will be broadcast live via YouTube at the following link: https://www.youtube.com/user/PleasantGroveCity Public Hearing: Text Amendment - Section 10-11D-2: Permitted, Conditional and Accessory Uses (CS-2 (Commercial Sales -2) Zone) Public Hearing to consider the request of Dana Lee to amend City Code Section 10-11D-2: Permitted, Conditional, and Accessory Uses, by adding Use #6815, day nursery or childcare center, to the list of permitted uses in the CS-2 (Commercial Sales-2) Zone. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 100 S & 1300 W (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of McKay Christensen for a site plan for 12 buildings, containing 75 townhome units, on property located at approximately 220 South and Pleasant Grove Boulevard in The Grove Zone District - The Boulevard Mixed-Use Overlay.
