Description/Agenda

The public is invited to attend a public hearing before the Midvale City Planning Commission on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at 6:00 pm. The Commission will consider a request from Tyson Williamson, representing the Will Group, for recommendation of approval for a Rezone and approval of a Conditional Use and Preliminary Site Plan for a 5-story, 248-unit mixed use project on 3.39 acres at 24-52 W Center Street. This meeting will be conducted as a hybrid in-person and electronic meeting. All interested parties are invited to attend the meeting or view the meeting at the following link: https://www.MidvaleCity.org/PublicMeetings. Seating will be limited to half capacity. Meeting attendees are required to practice social distancing and wear masks at all times. Comments will be accepted in person or in writing.
