Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said Hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. in the following order: 1) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval the concept plan for the Laree Brown Subdivision consisting of 3 lots located at approximately 290 East 300 South. Tax Id. #10-016-0010 2) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval of the concept plan for the Wild Plum Estates Subdivision consisting of 4 lots total, located at 91 West 300 North. Tax Id. #11-079-0015 3) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval a code amendment, in chapter 10.18.010 titled Site Development Standards Established, and repeal open space requirements for commercial and industrial development.
