NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 during a regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 6 pm digitally via Zoom at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81385684620 or by phone at 1-253-215-8782, Meeting ID: 813 8568 4620 to discuss the following matters: Public Hearing - Rezone of approximately 3.081 acres located at approximately 1900 S 1000 W from Agricultural (A-1) to Planned Residential Development (PRD) Public Hearing - Preliminary Plat for Antelope's Edge located at approximately 1900 S 1000 W Public Hearing - Site Plan for Trico Commercial located approximately 700 West Antelope Drive Public Hearing - Text Amendment to Syracuse City Code 4.05 regarding excavations as it applies to street and sidewalk regulations Written comments that a member of the public would like to be read during the meeting will be accepted electronically at planningdepartment@syracuseut.com or physically (and by mail) at 1979 W 1900 S, Syracuse, UT 84075. Comments must be received at least five hours before the meeting. Comments received by the deadline will be read for a maximum of three minutes each; any unread remainder in excess of three minutes will be included in the public record. All related documents are available for public review at the Community Development Department and are posted at least twenty-four hours before the meeting at https://www.syracuseut.gov/AgendaCenter/ in the Planning Commission
