- Public Notice Invitation to Bid: The City of South Salt Lake will accept bids for the lighting fixtures and poles for our Main Street Lighting project, until 2:00 p.m. on April 2nd, 2021. Bids received after 2:00 p.m. will not be opened. This Bid includes Fourteen (14) HADCO Pedestrian Lights, Four (4) Lumec RFM Roadway Lights, poles, and accessories. The products shall be delivered to the City or City specified address no later than 06/18/2021. The Quotation shall be directly emailed to South Salt Lake City Recorder, Craig Burton, at cburton@southsaltlakecity.com until 2:00 p.m. on April 2nd, 2021. The complete product manufacturer part number and quantity can be obtained from Utah Procurement Website (formerly SciQuest) or the Engineer, Lingkun Li, P.E. at lli@southsaltlakecity.com. Due to the COVID-19, bids will be open internally at 2:00 p.m. on April 2nd, 2021. The successful bidder will be notified by 3 p.m. on April 2nd, 2021. The City of South Salt Lake reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
