Welcome and call to order a. Acknowledgement of a quorum b. Disclosures/conflicts 2. Discussion and potential action items a. Discuss and consider approval of the minutes of the March meeting b. Discuss the Heritage Days Art Exhibit opportunity c. Review Powers and Duties Under Ordinance No.2015-20 and develop action strategies for 2021-22 d. Additional items from the Chair / Vice Chair. 3. Report a. Status of other projects 4.
