PUBLIC NOTICE Hooper City 5580 W. 4600 S. Hooper, UT 84315 The Hooper City Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing on Thursday, April 8th, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the City office for the following: 1. Public Hearing - Conditional Use Permit- Oversized Structure - Jones, Richard - 5983 W. 4600 S. (2400sq.ft.) 2. Public Hearing - Conditional Use Permit- Oversized Structure - Miller, Tanya - 5676 W. 5725 S. (1,728sq.ft.) 3. Public Hearings - Rezone; R1 to R2 - Fisher, Ryan; 4965 S.6300 W., 8.39 acres. 4. Public Hearings - Final Approval - Christensen Fairway Subdivision - 1 lot; 5500 West and 3870 South 5. Public Hearings - Preliminary Approval - Eagle Estates Subdivision - 34 lots; 4100 South and 5900 (SR-37), 26.5 acres. 6. Public Hearings - Final Approval - Widdison Subdivision - 24 lots; 6000 South and 4700 West., 26.5 acres. In accordance with the Utah Executive Order for Electronic Public Meetings, all City meetings may be closed to the public and will be conducted via phone or other electronic means until further notice. Participate in Public Comment via email prior to the meeting. Members of the public wishing to make comments in regard to items on the agenda may do so via email. - Email: HooperCity@hotmail.com - Comments must be submitted prior to 5PM on the date of City Meeting. - In Subject Line add: Public Comment PC Meeting/Date - The Agenda Item and First & Last name must be included in the email. Comments submitted for City Business Items will be read prior to a vote on that specific agenda item. Comments submitted for Public Comment will be read prior to the end of the meeting.
