SALT LAKE CITY PLANNING DIVISION APPEALS HEARING AMENDED AGENDA April 8, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. This meeting will be an electronic meeting pursuant to the Salt Lake City Emergency Proclamation. Comment is limited to the Appellant and the Appellant's Representative and City Staff. 1. Appeal of Planning Commission Decision for Windsor Court Planned Development at approximately 1966 S. Windsor Street - Lance Howell, the appellant and the property owner, is appealing a decision by the Salt Lake City Planning Commission that denied petition PLNPCM2020-00727, a Planned Development consisting of 17 units on an existing vacant lot. The subject property is within the RMF-35, Moderate Density Multi-Family Residential zoning district and City Council District 7, represented by Amy Fowler. Comments from the Appellant, City Staff and the public will be taken. 2. Appeal of Administrative Decision for St. Mary's Stealth Antenna at approximately 2496 E. St. Mary's Drive - The appellant, neighbor, is appealing an Administrative Decision issued by the Salt Lake City Planning Director. The Planning Director determined the antenna expansion located at 2496 E. St Mary's Drive is considered a stealth antenna and a permitted use. The subject property is located with the PL (Public Lands) zoning district and within City Council District 6, represented by Dan Dugan. The Appeals Hearing Officer reserves the right to change the order of agenda items as deemed necessary.
