Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Land Use Authority Committee of Castle Dale City will hold a Public Hearing, and its regularly scheduled zoning meeting on Thursday, March 25, 2021, at the Castle Dale City Hall, 20 S 100 E, which meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. *This meeting will be held via Zoom and in person. Masks are mandatory. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Opening Statement. 3. Public Hearing For Casey Toomer, Rod Magnusen, and Art Olsen regarding the annexation of property into the City on 600 North. 4. Approval of February 25, 2021 minutes. 5. Rebekah Cook property plans for a Glamping Campsite off highway 29 on 835 West. 6. Lisa Taylor Home Occupation Business License at 210 E 100 N, for a Mobile Notary Service. 7. Todd Jeffs Discussion of rezoning at 65 East 100 N from residential to commercial zoning. 8. Tyler Jeffs- the building of two apartments at 45 W Main. 9.
