RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 8, 2021 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Ryan Kent with Dragon Fly Development is requesting an Amendment to the City's General Plan Land Use Element for approximately 5.19 acres of land located near 12900 South 1830 West. The Current General Plan designation is Medium Density Residential, the requested designation is Medium-High Density Residential. This meeting is open to the public, however due to restrictions related to COVID-19, public attendance in this meeting may be limited in number. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208-3138. All comments submitted before 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Further information may be obtained from the Riverton City Planning Department by calling 801-208-3124.

Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
