Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Naples City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday April 15, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Meeting Room of the Naples City Offices 1420 E 2850 S, to propose a rezone of the Pheasant Run Subdivision from R2 to R1 with an effective date of September 12, 2023. The hearing will be held at a regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. Public comments are welcome. If you desire further information, please contact Joshua Bake at (435) 789-9090. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during these hearings should notify the Naples City Office at least three days prior to the hearing to be attended.
