Description/Agenda: The Brian Head Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comments on proposed amendments to the Land Management Code; Chapter 1 - General Provisions; Chapter 3 - Administrative Bodies and Decision Making Bodies; Chapter 4 - Submittals; Chapter 8 - Enforcement; and Chapter 9 - Subdivisions of the Brian Head Town Code. Comments are limited to three (3) minutes and written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk at nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov no later than 4:30 pm on Monday, April 2, 2021. Details of the proposed amendments are available at the Town Hall by calling 435-677-2029 during normal business hours.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Nancy Leigh (435) 677-2029 at least three days prior to the meeting.
