Public Notice The Oakley City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at 7:00 pm. The public hearing will be held via the Zoom platform to accommodate for Covid-19 public health precautions. ZOOM Meeting I.D. 820 258 4629 Passcode: 777869 The purpose of the hearing is to discuss, with possible recommendation, a plat amendment and vacation of land for the 2005 Rydalch Subdivision. The subdivision is located on Oakridge Lane. The applicants are Clyde & Ialien Rydalch and Robert & Jeanne Rydalch PLEASE NOTE: Public comment will be received during the Public Hearing section of this meeting. Please keep your comments to 3 minutes. Public comments can also be sent to stephanie@oakleycity.com prior to 12:00 p.m. the day of the meeting. These comments will be reviewed by Commissioners prior to meeting of Planning Commission. In compliance with the Americans Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this hearing should notify the City recorder, Amy Rydalch at (435) 783-5734 at least 3 days prior to the hearing. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Oakley City Planning Commission will hear this public hearing at the above time and place specified.
