The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval of the concept plan for the Ballif Subdivision consisting of 2 lots total, located approximately the West half of section 17 & 20 Township 10 North. Tax Id# 10-050-0006 7. Lori Bartholomew to discuss parking options for Multiple Family Dwelling. 8. Discuss for approval Code Amended 2021-01 to amend the general plan and change the zoning from RAC-5 to ROD 1 residential property located at 1100 South 200 East. Tax Id. #10-043-0007. 9. Jay Nielson-Training for Planning Commission 10. Other zoning matters
