- NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE DUCHESNE COUNTY COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Duchesne County Council of Governments will NOT meet in working meeting or regular meeting on Monday, March 22, 2021, due to the following: A Lack of Quorum
