- Notice of the Work Meeting SITE VISIT Agenda of the PLANNING COMMISSION OF LAYTON, UTAH FOR Tuesday, March 23, 2021 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah will conduct a SITE VISIT as part of their work session. The site visit will be held on Tuesday, March 23, 2021. The Planning Commission will meet at the Weber Basin Conservancy District, 2387 UT-193, Layton, Utah, at 5:30 PM and will return to the Layton City Center at approximately 6:55 PM.
