- The Nephi City Council will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the city council chambers located at 21 E 100 N in Nephi. The purpose of the hearing is receive public comment on the proposed T-Shepherd Annexation of approximately 28.97 acres. The proposed annexation area is located 1/2 mile south of Four Mile Rd/State Rt 28 intersection. The complete annexation petition and certification is available for inspection at the office of the Nephi City Recorder located at 21 E 100 N, Nephi during normal business hours.
