AGENDA Public notice is hereby given that the Logan Historic Preservation Committee will hold a regular meeting at 12:00 p.m. on Monday April 5, 2021 in the Logan Municipal Council Chambers. Located at 290 N 100 W, Logan, Utah. 12:00 p.m. I. WELCOME II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES from the meeting of March 15, 2020 III. PUBLIC HEARING HPC 21-004 Arimo Building Rear Fa ade Remodel (Certificate of Appropriateness) Alliance Acquisitions LLC/Christian Wilson, owner/authorized agent request a remodel to the rear fa ade. A new stair and elevator tower will be built to connect existing floors of the building located at 176, 180 & 186 North Main Street in the Town Center District (TC-HD) zone; TIN 06-018-0025, -0026, -0027. HPC 21-005 Consolidation Wagon Lofts Broadavis (Certificate of Appropriateness) CWIC Holdings LLC & Tony R Johnson, owner/authorized agent, are requesting to construct an addition to the north side and exterior fa ade remodeling for the building located at 25-37 West Center Street in the Town Center One District (TC-1-HD) zone; TIN 06-025-0002 IV. ADJOURN
