- The Town of Genola Planning Commission hereby gives notice of a public hearing Thursday, April 1st, 2021, scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. in the Genola Public Safety Building located at 455 N Main St. in Genola. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a proposed zone change petition from A-1 Agricultural Zone to the R-1 Residential Zone for the property owned by Kevin Brown parcel# 29.005.0037 and located at approximately 2980 N. Lake Rd. Genola. Notice is further given that if the zone change is recommended by the Planning Commission, the Genola Town Council will hear this item at the April 14th, 2021, Town Council Meeting to commence at 7:00 p.m. This 1neeting will also be held at the Genola Public Safety Building at 455 N Main St. in Genola.
