NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled Council Meeting on Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, Gunnison, UT 84634. This meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. 1) 7:00 p.m. Invocation 2) Public Comment 3) Discussion and Review of Implementation of Invoice Cloud Software for Utility Statements - City Treasurer Jodi Henline 4) Discussion and Review of Annual Budget - Gary Keddington (Keddington and Christensen) 5) Discussion and Review of Gunnison Commercial Property Lot Price for Public Information and review of prior property sales - City Recorder Steven Jenson 6) Discuss and Review Regional Fire School - Fire Chief Jed Hansen 7) Discuss plans and process for new signage for North and South gate of City along with possible ideas for enhancing UDOT triangle at the Highway 89 & 28 intersection - Mayor Lori Nay 8) Review, discuss and adopt actions and goals that were formulated in City Retreat Session - Mayor Lori Nay 9) Discuss Timeline, Job Description and Proposed approval to fill various positions in the City such as City Manager, Parks and Cemetery Department Director or Assistant Public Works Director, and other positions that need review - Mayor Lori Nay 10) Review and Proposed Approval of establishing a generator for Water Wells for emergency application - Councilmember Robert Andersen and Donald Childs, Public Works Director 11) Update and Review of upcoming and ongoing infrastructure projects - Mayor Lori Nay and Council Member Robert Andersen 12) Proposed Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes for Thursday February 18, 2021, and Wednesday March 3, 2021 13) Proposed Approval of Bills and Adjustments 14) City Business and Future Items 15) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order.
