Notice of Public Hearing In accordance with Utah Code Section 10-9a-201 the Washington Terrace Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on March 25, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., in the Washington Terrace City Hall which is located at 5249 South 400 East, Washington Terrace, Utah. The Planning Commission will take public comment in support and opposition to the following: addition of Parcel 070560045 located at 250 West 5700 South, Pleasant Valley West PH 5, to the Infill Development Map, and approve of an Infill Development Sub-zone along with the required Development Agreement. The Commission will also hear comment in support and opposition to a proposed subdivision located at approximately 129 West 4800 South. Comment will also be heard in support and opposition to amending Chapter 10.12.055 relating to parking of commercial vehicles and trailers in the residential zone. Individuals requiring special accommodation (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) should notify Amy Rodriguez at 801-393-8681at least three (3) days prior to the hearing.
