CALL TO ORDER: 1. Call to Order - Mayor Lynn Chamberlain 2. Pledge of Allegiance - Councilman Chaves 3. Opening Prayer - Councilman Bringhurst 4. Opening Comments - as assigned by the Mayor 5. Requests for Statements of Belief B. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: 1. Approval of Agenda Order 2. Disclosures and Declarations of Conflicts from Council Members C. CONSENT AGENDA: 1. Review and possible approval of meeting minutes from February 3rd Work Meeting and February 17th Business Meeting. 2. Review and possible approval of City Expenditures from February 2021. D. CITY DEPARTMENT REPORTS: 1. Hurricane Valley Fire District Representative, Merlin Spendlove 2. Ash Creek Special Service District Representative 3. Zoning Administrator, Mike Vercimak 4. Planning Commission Chair, Dan Catlin 5. Public Works Director, Lance Gubler 6. City Attorney, Heath Snow E. PRESENTATION: 1. Vote by mail election process - Melanie Abplanalp, Washington County Election Supervisor F. PUBLIC FORUM: Limit three (3) minutes per person; please address the microphone and state full name and address. G. BUSINESS: 1. Discussion on increasing culinary water rates and base gallon usage. 2. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2021.XX 3-1-7 License term and payment dates. 3. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2021.XX Fee Schedule, business license late fee and cemetery open close fee. 4. Discussion and possible action on City Administrator position. 5. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2021.XX modifications to Specs and Standards, standard road cross section. 6. Discussion and possible expenditure approval in the amount of $43,116.00 for playground equipment for Westfield Park. 7. Discussion and possible action on city meeting schedule. H.
