- Nibley City Council Public Hearing Notice The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the following Resolution: Resolution 21-06: A Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Settlement Agreement and the Transfer of City-Owned Parcels Located at Nibley Park Ave and 800 West; Parcel Tax ID: 03-170-0001 & 03-173-0052 When: March 25, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. Where: Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S Nibley Utah A full report will be posted on the City's website by March 19, 2021 as part of the City Council's agenda and packet report. Any updates to the plan will be posted on the City's website. You may submit comments in writing before the meeting either by mail to Nibley City Hall or email to cheryl@nibleycity.com.
