- Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee Notice & Agenda The regularly scheduled meeting of the Wales Town Planning and Zoning Committee will be held at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, 16 March 2021, at the Wales Town Hall, located at 150 N State St. The meeting agenda is as follows: 1. Meeting call to order 2. Roll call 3. Approve minutes of meeting held 16 February 2021 4. Petitions & Communications: a. Katherine Schiers, agent for Mark Cottam, concerning subdivision of 1 1/2 lots into three conforming 1/2 acre lots at 125-175 E Center St b. Dustin Peck, concerning building permit for lot at 125-175 E Center St c. Dyllan Roberts, agent for Wilbur & Donna Calhoon, concerning building permit for accessory building at 140 West 200 North 7:30 PM Public Hearing to consider application by James & Karen Roberts to subdivide property at 100 East 100 South in order to create two conforming lots from a single lot. 5. Adjourn **If you have business or questions that need to be addressed by the Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee please contact Velva Lee Sherman at 436-9345. In order to be added to the agenda, please call at least one week prior to the meeting held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Thank you.**
