- The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct a public hearing; a. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from the Planning Commission consider possible long-term planning for the Mount Sterling area. Public input is needed to make possible changes to the General Plan which could allow owners to request zoning changes for property in the future. 9. CAPSA - Present what options CAPSA offers for citizens in Cache Valley. 10. Chris Breinholt - Discuss & with a recommendation from Planning Commission set road configuration standards for the Commercial Zones in Wellsville City. 11. Continue discuss updating or modifying the Cemetery rules & regulations. 12. Discuss 2021 bids for 400 North project and award contract. 13. Denise Lindsay - Electronic training for City Council 14. Department reports 15. City Manager/Recorders report.
