Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Farr West City will hold two Public Hearings at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 25, 2021. Due to the COVID-19 virus, public attendance will be by electronic means only. To view the public hearing live, email the Recorder for an invitation by 4 pm March 11th. Public comments will be taken over this platform during the meeting. Comments will also be accepted in writing before the meeting by emailing City Recorder Lindsay Afuvai at lindsay@farrwestcity.com. The purpose of the first public hearing is to consider the request of a re-zone of the Steven & Pauline Petersen property located at 1617 North 2000 West, parcel number 15-005-0017, from the A-1 zone to the R-1-15 zone The purpose of the second public hearing is to consider the request of a re-zone of the Petersen Properties LLC properties located at 1595 North 2000 West and 1547 North 2000 West, parcel numbers 15-005-0055 and 15-005-0075, from the A-1 zone to the R-1-15
