- PUBLIC NOTICE March 12, 2020 The City of South Salt Lake intends to prepare or amend an Impact Fees Facilities Plan for Parks and Recreation in accordance with Utah Code Chapter 36a, the Impact Fees Act. The impact fees will apply to the entire area within the city boundary. The city intends to hire a consultant to prepare an Impact Fees Facilities Plan in accordance with state code.
