- PUBLIC NOTICE Disposal of Unclaimed Property The Harrisville Police Department is in possession of numerous unclaimed bicycles and other personal property that has been turned over to the city as found property, or held as safekeep. In accordance with UCA §77-24a-5, §24-3-103, §24-3-103(5) all property not claimed by the rightful owner by the close of business on March 19, 2021 will be disposed of. If you believe you have property that is in the possession of the Harrisville Police Department contact the Police Department at 801-782-4100 ext. 1001 and describe the property you are missing.
