Description/Agenda
Sealed bids will be received at the North Ogden City Recorders Office, 505 East 2600 North, North Ogden City, Utah until 1:00 p.m. on April 12, 2021, for the 2600 North and 3100 North Type II Slurry Seal PROJECTS at which time bids will be opened publicly. The work consists of approximately 362,500 sq ft of installing TYPE II Slurry Seal. All work covered in the contract documents shall be completed by June 30, 2021.
Contract Documents at the office of the Engineer; upon application and payment of a $40.00 non-refundable fee. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five
percent (5%) of the total bid price payable to NORTH OGDEN CITY CORPORATION. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make awards in the interest of the owner. Contract will be awarded using the 'Choosing by Advantages Decision Making System'.
