Adjourn Procedural Meeting Materials: Minutes from December 2, 2020 FY 2021 Amended Budget FY 2020 Audit Report *Public Comment: Please be aware of the procedural changes that have been made to our public comment process. Prior to the public hearing and board action relating to the budget, we will be holding a public comment period for comments other than those related to the budget. Pre-registration is required during the period that begins when the meeting is called to order and continues through the approval of the minutes of the prior meeting (i.e., agenda item 2). To pre-register for the public comment period, please use the 'raise hand' feature in zoom to indicate your desire to make a comment. We will then add all those who have indicated they would like to comment into a randomizer and you will be called in the order it presents. You will have two (2) minutes to speak. Once the minutes have been approved, we will no longer take any more requests for comment. Written questions may also be submitted via the Contact page on the UIPA website, and will be answered and posted on the site. New questions and answers will be posted and refreshed after every board meeting. **Public Hearing: Once the public hearing on the budget has started, please use the 'raise hand' feature in zoom to indicate your desire to make a comment. Only comments relating to the budget will be allowed. No pre-registration is required to comment.

Other Information

Please note the change from the preliminary agenda: The UIPA Board anticipated having a public hearing to amend the FY 2021 budget during their scheduled March board meeting. However, due to changes in daily statewide circulation by the two largest newspapers in Utah, UIPA was unable to publish the statutorily required public notice in the time permitted by law. The amended budget will be voted on by the board during the next scheduled board meeting.
