- Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing via Lifesize electronic meeting on March 23, 2021 at 6:30 PM. The Planning Commission will receive public comments concerning the Macey's at Market Place at Eagle Mountain Town Center site plan located on the corner of Pony Express Parkway and Eagle Mountain Boulevard (parcel number 59:044:0081) and the Sweetwater Industrial Park Rezone and General Plan Amendment to the Future Land Use Map for parcels 59.056.0047 and 59.055.0001. Those interested in providing public comment may do so through a voicemail to 801.789.6611 or email to recorder@emcity.org. Comments received will be added to the public record at the hearing. The meeting will be livestreamed through the following link: https://eaglemountaincity.com/city-recorder/city-meetings-portal/#meetingdocs The materials for the proposed items may be reviewed on the City website within 3 days of the meeting.
