RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 25, 2021 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Ivory Development LLC is requesting an Amendment to the City's General Plan Land Use Element for approximately 8.9 acres of land located at 11850 South 3600 West. The Current General Plan designation is Low Density Residential, the requested designation is Medium-High Density Residential. - Ryan McDougal is requesting an Amendment to the City's General Plan Land Use Element for approximately 3.9 acres of land located at 13040 South Redwood Road. The Current General Plan designation is Estate Density Residential, the requested designation is Low Density Residential. - Elliot Smith is requesting Final Site Plan approval for 'Mister Carwash' to be located on a 0.94-acre site at 4627 West 13400 South. This meeting is open to the public, however due to restrictions related to COVID-19, public attendance in this meeting may be limited in number. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208-3138. All comments submitted before 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
