Town Of Portage Council Meeting Wednesday March 10, 2021 25880 N 9000 W 6:00 PM Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Portage will hold its regular Town Council meeting on Wednesday, March 10, 2021at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM. Please maintain the 6ft distance and wear a mask. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony: 1. Review and Approval of minutes from February 10, 20201 Town Council Meeting. 2. Review and Approval of February 10 - March 10, 2020 Bills/Payroll. 3. Review Financial Report, Bank Reconciliations and Water adjustments or write-offs. 4. Discuss plans and vote on Easter Activities 5. Vote on Mitigation Resolution 2021-01 Review of Departments: Water- Tyson Nelson 6. Discuss and vote on Water Master Assistant personnel pay Roads- Lesley Smith Planning and Zoning- Martina John 7. Vote on Planning and Zoning Agenda Deadline 8. Vote on Naugle shed building permit 9. Discussion only No vote information and ideas: possible subdivision/planned unit development, help from committee with information for Grama request and etc... 10. Need water and road information. 11. 12. 10. Discuss and Possible vote and all other section that apply, entire Section 107.0 Animal and Fowl Regulations (proposed changes) 13. The proposed changes will not be official until a properly advertised public hearing is held, where the final votes will be cast. 14. A. Remove underline from ALL 107.0 section titles. 15. B. Proposed possible Section 107.0 Animal and Fowl Regulations: title change to ANIMAL REGULATIONS. 16. C. Possible change to Table of Contents. 107.0 title ANIMAL REGULATIONS 17. D. Also add Apiary and, Aviary verbiage and see section 107.0 20. G. Proposed possible Section 107.3: paragraph changes. 21. H. Discuss and possibly make proposed changes to section 112.11 Non-Conforming land use. 22. I. Proposed Possible Section 107.4 removal of paragraph and title 107.4 This section has been intentionally left blank for future use 23. J. Proposed Possible change terms 102.2 Corral: remove verbiage, replace with; see section 107.5 chart 24. K. Proposed Possible Section 107.5: Remove text add create and add new chart, setback changes, add all zones and other information to chart. 25. L. Proposed Possible Section 107.6: Strike paragraph, add 08/13/2008 Resolution 2008-5. 26. M. Proposed Possible Section 107.7: Change sentence. 27. N. Proposed Possible Section 107.8: Agricultural Production Exception 28. O. Add Section 107.8 to Table of Contents list, as it was omitted from list. 29. 30. 31. 11.
