- NOTICE OF SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL/PLANNING & ZONING COMBINED TOUR Salem City has called a special tour with Salem City Council and Planning & Zoning on Monday March 8, 2021 at 3:00 p.m., meeting at the Salem City Office, 30 West 100 South, Salem Utah. DATE: March 8, 2021 TIME: 3:00 p.m. AGENDA 1. The City Council/Planning and Zoning members will be departing at 3:00 p.m. from the Salem City Offices on a tour of residential developments in Utah County.
