PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sunset City Council will hold a special meeting at the date and time noted above. It will be held following social distancing rules in the Council Chambers of the Sunset City Office Building, 200 West 1300 North, Sunset, Utah. If you are not on the agenda, the Council will not be able to discuss your item of business until another meeting. If you wish to have an item placed on the agenda, contact the Sunset City Recorder at 801-614-9103. 1. CALL TO ORDER & WELCOME by Mayor Madsen 2. INVOCATION AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by Council Member Macfarlane 3. Motion to go into a Public Hearing PUBLIC HEARING 4. Propose the sale of a section of the City owned property behind the City Building and solicit input from Sunset City residents on the proposed sale of the property 5. Motion to go back into the regular session SPECIAL SESSION 6. Motion to go into a closed session in accordance with Utah State Code Section 52-4-205(1)(e) strategy sessions to discuss the sale of real property as public discussion of the transaction would disclose the estimated value of the property under consideration and prevent the Council from completing the transaction on the best possible terms CLOSED SESSION 7. Discussion in accordance with Utah State Code Section 52-4-205(1)(e) strategy sessions to discuss the sale of real property 8. Motion to go back into the special session SPECIAL SESSION 9. Discuss and possibly approve accepting an offer on a section of City owned property behind the City Building. 10. Adjourn
